We ordered 400 invitations for our wedding, the sketch and the inscription were perfect, we confirmed the printing and added delivery to our residential address. Then the troubles began, first the courier did not coordinate with us the arrival at the address and left the package outside the house until we arrived, when we opened the orders we discovered that there were only 395 orders, poor quality of the invitation page and a spelling error. When we called to explain what we had done, they told us that this is what it is, that they do not count the orders. And they offered a credit for the difference in the orders that did not arrive. In short, we ordered wedding invitations again.
